The Chefs at Asoka are lovers of sharp flavours, fragrant herbs and rich spices, designing their dishes around the 5 elements: Earth(vegetarian), Water (seafood), Wind (chicken & duck), Fire (meat) and Nirvana (dessert). This combination creates a unique and varied taste experience with influences from international cuisines and cultures. The chefs will create a bespoke set menu for DINE4SIX and as rulers of their petit palace in the city, of diners they have one simple request; come for dinner, stay for drinks.
