We invite you to a dining experience with a narrative element, from performing waitrons to theatrical food demonstrations that bring a musical balance to your senses. Vivaldi Restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and offers perfectly crafted cocktails & beverages, ideal for pre-dinner drinks or the occasional after work drinks.

A Sensory 3-Course Menu

1st Course
Starters

Goat’s cheese and cranberry parcels - rocket, apple, avocado and cranberry salad drizzled with our house dressing

Sticky bbq chicken wings spicy, crispy chicken wings tossed in our homemade sticky bbq sauce, served with a blue cheese dip

2nd Course
Mains

Line Fish “Gardellino” - served on a bed of zucchini salsa, basmati rice and lemon butter sauce

Chargrilled Biltong-Spiced Sirloin - served with fondant potatoes, tempura onion rings and a port wine jus

3rd Course
Dessert

White Chocolate Cheesecake - served with a berry compote
