Located above the Zeitz MOCAA Museum, The Granary Cafe can be found on the 6th floor of the Silo, boasting one of the most beautiful views of Cape Town.
Executive Chef Veronica Canha-Hibbert and her team have crafted a number of casual and contemporary menus, now including a unique dinner menu with wine pairing for Dine4Six. Veronica has spent a large portion of her career in hotel kitchens, starting off at The Mount Nelson and moving over to The Silo after 8 years of being at Ellerman House. She believes in good, honest and approachable food that showcases seasonal, local ingredients.
The menu will be as follows:
1st Course:
Tomato consommé with buffalo mozzarella, tomatoes, basil oil
2nd Course:
Cured Norwegian Salmon with white sesame, green chilli, spring onion, lime ponzu
3rd Course:
Beef fillet with potato croquettes, mushroom, jus gras

Linefish with avocado, citrus salad, dill yoghurt
or
Roasted sweet potato with red quinoa, dried cranberries (V)
4th Course:
Banana with malt ice cream, caramel marshmallow, strawberry jelly
