Start the evening with a cocktail made with traditional Japanese ingredients. A favourite being the Shoga Cocktail made up of premium gin, stirred with root ginger, fresh lime and Cap Classique.
Moving on to cuisine, this modern Japanese restaurant offers much more than sushi and sashimi. At Kyoto Garden Sushi fresh seafood is the specialty, sourcing top-quality, unusual ingredients from around the world; from farmed abalone and Mozambican conch, to deep-sea scallops and wild salmon. The fare reflects the savoury essence of umami in stocks and dressings infused with mirin, dashi, ponzu, ginger and soy.
Japanese Chef Koshi Koyama brings his unique style to the restaurant, preparing the most exquisite dishes and innovative combinations which exude fresh and delicate flavours.
There are plenty of options for Vegetarian diners, such as fresh seaweed salad with shitake mushrooms, vegetable tempura and exotic mushroom dishes.
Chef Koshi will prepare a special pairing menu for the DINE4SIX table, capturing the subtle tastes and textures of Japanese cuisine, set in an intimate, tranquil Zen zone with light wood and paper textures.
